Password Change Service:

# This service will help you obtain a new password for your EAIM user account. You can also retrive your username if you don't remember your username. Please supply valid email address that has been registered with EAIM.

# If you are a staff, your new password will be applicable for all the SEMS related systems, Office 365, Canvas LMS, Panopto systems except for the email account.

# If you are a freelance lecturer, your new password will be applicable for the Lecturer Portal, Office 365, Canvas LMS and Panopto systems.

# If you are a student, your new password will be applicable for the Student Portal, Office 365 and Canvas LMS.

# After successful password change, It takes at least 10 minutes for the new password to be effective in the Office 365 and Canvas LMS systems.
